i've been a bad blogger

i know that i haven't been very good at updating this blog. but i have been busy.

i went to POOLtradeshow in las vegas which was fantastic. i haven't been to las vegas since i was a kid and i really think as a former urban planner i would hate it, but you know what it's awesome. i was also lucky enough to see O at the bellagio which was incredible. it's been a long time since i've seen something so inspiring. so i will leave you with a clip and a promise to come back and update more frequently.

MILITARY ROBOT DOG

"The Most Advanced Quadruped Robot on Earth
BigDog is the alpha male of the Boston Dynamics family of robots. It is a quadruped robot that walks, runs, and climbs on rough terrain and carries heavy loads."

I haven't been able to get this out of my head since my boyfriend showed it to me. It has caused some crazy dreams.
